Some products sold by FormLabs contain small components and may require assembly.

Our FlexBots collection is recommended for ages 14 and over.

Customers should follow any safety instructions provided with their purchases.

Products should only be used for their intended purposes.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibilities under applicable product safety legislation.

4. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Payments must be completed before orders are dispatched.

Once an order has been placed, customers will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where:

Products are unavailable.
Payment cannot be authorised.
Incorrect pricing has been displayed due to an obvious error.
Fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

FormLabs currently offers delivery within the United Kingdom.

Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £20.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may vary depending on courier services and circumstances outside our control.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed.

6. Returns and Refunds

Under UK consumer protection legislation, customers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

Customers must notify us of their decision to cancel within this period.

Once cancellation has been requested, customers generally have a further 14 days to return their items.

Returned products should be handled with reasonable care.

Where permitted by law, deductions may be made if excessive handling has reduced the product’s value.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation.

Certain products, including qualifying personalised items, may be exempt from standard cancellation rights.
